Q: What is the cost of the Free My Mind Programme ?
A: Depends on if the sessions will be for individuals or for groups. I tailor make sessions to suit individual needs, so the costs do vary slightly depending on how many sessions are required.
If the programme is to be through a school, funding can be provided by the school, or private funding is also an option.
Q: What guarantees are there ?
A: Obviously there are no guarantees, as it is down to the individual person if they wish to participate or not, or want to achieve results or not. If you want to achieve something and get results, you will.
Q: What is Life Coaching ?
A: Life Coaching is a method that helps you improve the way you think and see yourself, by helping you make, meet and exceed specific targets & goals.
Q: What is Hypnotherapy ?
A: Hypnotherapy is a technique that uses deep relaxation combined with other techniques (i.e. guided imagery, therapeutic story-telling) to help elicit changes in thinking, feeling and behaviour.
Q: Is Hypnosis dangerous ?
A: No, Hypnosis is a 100% natural state of the mind, and we all enter a level of hypnosis each day in many different forms...for example reading a book, watching a movie or daydreaming. In fact, hypnosis occurs naturally when we relax, we drift into hypnosis when we go to sleep, so it is completely safe
Q: What kind of commitment do I need to make ?
A: Every client needs to sign a contract. Payment for the full programme is required prior to any intervention and we will set the terms of the contract to fit your goals. All you need to do, is follow the programme.
FULL support from schools and parents will also be required if the programme is to be for children. Home support is extremely important too and encouraging the child will produce better results.
Q: What is the success rate ?
A: Everyone who has had some kind of intervention with me, with either hypnotherapy or coaching through the Free My Mind Programme, have shown a positive response from the sessions. When used in a school environment, 80% of pupils achieved or exceeded at least one of their targets and 90% of pupils made some progress towards at least one of their targets.
Q: Where do the sessions take place ?
A: Usually, the sessions take place online, via Skype, Zoom, or Facebook Video Calling. If the programme has been arranged by the school, then those sessions will take place within the school. If the programme has been arranged and funded privately, then those sessions can take place either within the home, or online.
Q: How can I contact the team to discuss my needs ?
A: You can contact us by using the contact form, we will get back to you within 48 hours.
The first step is to schedule an introductory session. In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps should be from here.
