Questions & Answers

Q:  What is the cost of the MHISP ?

A:   Depends on if the sessions will be for individuals or for groups.  I tailor make sessions to suit individual needs, so the costs do vary slightly and usually the sessions are on a 6 to 8 week programme, per pupil, or per group.  Funding can be provided by the school, or private funding is also an option, if sessions are required within the home or online.

Q:   What guarantees are there ?

A:     Obviously there are no guarantees, as it is down to the individual person if they wish to participate or not,  or want to achieve results or not.  If you want to achieve something, you can.

Q:    What is Life Coaching ?

A:   Life Coaching is a method that helps you improve the way you think and see yourself,  by helping you make, meet and exceed specific targets & goals.

Q:   What is Hypnotherapy ?

A:    Hypnotherapy is a technique that uses deep relaxation combined with other techniques (i.e. guided imagery, therapeutic story-telling) to help elicit changes in thinking, feeling and behaviour.

Q:    Is Hypnosis dangerous ?

A:    No,  Hypnosis is a 100% natural state of the mind, and we all enter a level of hypnosis each day in many different forms...for example reading a book, watching a movie or daydreamimg.   In fact, hypnosis occurs naturally when we relax, we drift into hypnosis when we go to sleep, so it is completely safe

Q:    What kind of commitment do I need to make ?

A:     Every client needs to sign a  contract.  Payment for the full programme is required prior to any intervention and we will set the terms of the contract to fit your goals.  All the client needs to do is follow the programme,  FULL support from schools and parents will also be required.  The home support is extremely important too,  and encouraging the child will produce better results.

Q:  What is the success rate ?

A:    80% of pupils achieved or exceeded at least one of their targets and 90% of pupils made some progress towards at least one of their targets

Q:   Where do the sessions take place ?

A:    If the MHISP has been arranged by the school, then those sessions will take place within the school.  If the MHISP has been arranged and funded privately, then those  sessions can take place either within the home, or online.

Q:   How can I contact the MHISP team  ?

A:   You can contact us by using the contact form, we will get back to you within 48 hours.

How do we get started?
